Minors Policy
For the purposes of this policy, our Terms of Service, and any other altonalon policies, any individual over the age of 13 and under the age of 18 (or for Canadian residents, under the age of majority of their province or territory) is considered a “Minor.” Individuals under the age of 13 are not allowed to use altonalon or any of its services. If altonalon becomes aware of a User under the age of 13, we will delete their account.
Minors may only use altonalon’s services if they have appropriate permission and supervision from their parent or legal guardian.* Parent or legal guardian personal details will be required and will act as the "account owner" for "Seller" accounts. The parent or legal guardian name provided is subject to verification, and the named parent or legal guardian (hereafter referred to as the "altonalon Account Owner") is responsible for any and all activity conducted on a Minor's account in accordance with our Terms of Service. altonalon may request additional information to verify such permission and the identity of a parent or legal guardian, including for the purpose of compliance, security, and fraud prevention.
Minors' accounts may only utilize redemption methods where the relevant financial account is in the altonalon Account Owner's name.
*Please note, some features, such as Posh Shows, may not be available to Users under the age of 18, even with parent or legal guardian permission.
